It's particularly used to mock the unenthusiastic attitude that can cause disappointment, such as when an idol at a fan signing event repeatedly responds with a half-hearted 'Ah Jinjjayo?' to enthusiastic fan questions.

It is primarily used actively among the younger generation, from teenagers to those in their thirties. Those who enjoy K-Pop fandom culture and online content like webtoons tend to understand and utilize the context of this meme particularly well.
